Puzzle Rings

They are exactly as they sound, a Puzzle. They usually consist of 3 bands at minimum and can have up to 12 or more bands. When taken off your finger, they fall apart. They can range from easy to solve to virtually impossible to put back together.

They can be traced back to arab Sheikhs, Chieftains and Oriental potentates. In both cultures these men were of high ranking. They gave them as wedding rings to their wives for the simple fact that if they took them off they would fall apart. So when away from home, it guaranteed their loyalty and fidelity.

The russian ones are made with one band of rose gold (pink), one band of white gold, and one band of yellow gold. This is also called a tri-color ring because it uses three different colors.
